Did anyone else experience massive hair shedding a few months after coming off the birth control pill? I stopped mine about 4 months ago, and for the last 4 weeks, my hair has been falling out in absolute handfuls. I’m scared to wash it at this point. If you went through this, how long did the shedding last, and did your hair eventually grow back to its normal thickness?
