How do you guys find the motivation to exercise when you’re genuinely exhausted from life? I work a stressful 9-to-5, and by the time I get home, my brain is fried and my energy is at zero. I know working out will give me more energy in the long run, but mentally, I just can’t get off the couch. Do you workout in the morning before your brain realizes what’s happening, or how do you push through the evening slump?
